I almost always take photos of our cats when they sit out on the porch. Sophie (left) and Dodger were on the settee, but Felix stayed inside, so I tried to take a photo in the style of Vivian Maier. She often layered her images with her image or shadow becoming part of the photograph. Or she had an object such as a crab or a leaf appearing to become part of her image or shadow. I’m quite pleased with the result, the layers and Felix looking like he’s attached to the front of me. I also quite like that because I was holding my iPhone down low, I looked Vivian Maieresque as she used a camera that you could hold down in front of you.
